The set can be assembled in one of two ways:
- 1x Cauldron of Blood (supplied with a Citadel Large Oval Base)
- 1x Hag Queen or Slaughter Queen (supplied with a Citadel 25mm Round Base)
- 1x Bloodwrack Medusa (supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round Base)
- 5x Melusai Blood Stalkers - these models can also be assembled as Melusai Blood Sisters (each supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round Base)

- 1x Bloodwrack Shrine (supplied with a Citadel Large Oval Base)
- 1x Hag Queen (supplied with a Citadel 25mm Round Base)
